Have you always wanted to try foam rolling but have been overwhelmed or confused how to use the roller?  If so, this workshop is for you.

Join me in this unique workshop combining yoga flow and foam rolling.  We will start out with a relaxing and invigorating yoga practice to warm us up followed with foam rolling techniques that can be applied to your daily home practice.

Foam rolling is essentially a form of self-massage that allows you to apply deep pressure to certain points of the body to release tightness and muscular tension.

In this workshop you will learn ways to incorporate foam rolling for strength as well as myofacial release and the many benefits this has on the body.
