Wellness Coaching

Success in wellness takes a mindful whole body approach. Combined with awareness and focus, easy lifestyle modifications make a big and lasting impact. My unique whole body wellness coaching helps to connect the dots between the mind, body & heart bringing you more energy to do the things that really make you happy!  We will work together to help you attain goals and to modify and make lasting changes to habits & behaviors holding you back from your health & wellness goals.  

What is a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness guide who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs.

Packages:

1 Month Package - 2 Sessions

  • Two face-to-face or phone meetings per month
  • Tailored Individualized Wellness Program 
  • Whole Body Approach/ "Soul Food"- relationships, career, exercise, stress reduction & spirituality are all just as important to a healthy lifestyle as the food you eat
  • Guidance, Mentorship & Accountability in between sessions via email check-ins

3 Month Package - 6 sessions

  • Two face-to-face or phone meetings per month for three months
  • Tailored Individualized Program to your specific needs
  • Whole Body Approach/ "Soul Food"- relationships, career, exercise, stress reduction & spirituality are all just as important to a healthy lifestyle as the food you eat
  • Guidance, Mentorship & Accountability in between sessions via email check-ins
